INNIO Jenbacher Open House Day

Project Details

INNIO Jenbacher opened its production site to the public for a celebration of innovation and community.

Over 7,000 visitors explored the company’s energy technologies, interactive exhibits, and family-friendly activities.

Approach

Transforming an industrial site into a space for connection

The event aimed to strengthen INNIO's bond with its employees and the community, showcasing both its advanced manufacturing and its human side. The challenge was to create a program that would appeal equally to engineers, families, and children, building a bridge between technology and emotion.

Turning a factory into a festival

Guided tours through eight production halls offered a behind-the-scenes look at processes and innovation. Themed zones highlighted human resources, diversity, and sustainability, while outdoor areas hosted DJs, local food trucks, and chillout lounges. Families were able to participate in creative workshops, airbrush tattoos, and fun activities.

Approach

Celebrating innovation, transparency, and belonging

Every element of the day reflected inclusivity and openness, from the event's digital hub with schedules and maps to interactive booths and photo stations. The transformation of the site into a lively, festival-like space turned a factory into a party venue, reinforcing INNIO's image as a forward-thinking, people-focused employer.
