The objective was to strengthen relationships within Amazon’s European logistics network. Our task was to translate complex operational content into a motivating, clear and inclusive experience.
We implemented a silent event format combining multilingual headsets and AI-driven live captions to overcome language and accessibility barriers. This ensured real-time understanding in five languages and provided support for participants with hearing impairments.
The two-day event was designed as a multi-layered programme, combining business content, product showcases, cultural elements, and CSR initiatives into a coherent journey. The Product Fair Experience featured live demonstrations of tools such as Relay Assistant, safety features, and sustainability initiatives. Two main stages and more than 32 breakout sessions provided business updates, future outlooks, and innovation showcases. Networking lounges and partner zones created spaces for connection and peer exchange, while an award ceremony at Caves Codorníu celebrated standout partners in an iconic setting.
A cohesive key visual system, combining path, circle, square and gradient elements, was implemented across over 100 touchpoints to ensure instant recognition and consistency throughout the venue. Personalised details and CSR touchpoints helped transform the conference into a community-centred gathering.
