An enjoyable festival setup – with a spacious tent, outdoor catering areas and casual seating – was designed to bring employees together and foster connection in a relaxed setting.
It was an accessible, family-friendly celebration
The setup included live music, food and drink stalls, and various light activities to create a relaxed summer atmosphere. The focus remained on comfort and informality, providing employees with a space to relax and socialise with colleagues.
